the Version OS V2.01 (12/2008 incl. DNC) for the PA800 at minimum ! All the SETS should even be usable on a PA2XPRO ! As usual: FIRST BEFORE LOADING THESE SETS YOU HAVE TO SAVE YOUR OWN WORK ... (MEDIA / SAVE ALL with activated "User-Sound & DK", "Pad", "PCM" and "Performance" Checkboxes). Who wants to load SINGEL-SOUNDS: LOAD / OPEN / ... / OPEN ... USER02 are used so: select from there and save it on a free place in your USER-Bank. |

Here is the BUM-BUM-CLAP from "we-will-rock-you"...
1. Save your own work as described above ! 2. Unzip the Set-File on PC, copy to USB-Stick and dock to PA800. 3. IMPORTANT! all following Instructions refer to ... "S_I_N_G_L_E - L_O_A_D - Operations" ! (Only by obeying this advice there will function the in ADVANCED-EDIT-MANUAL described "How-to-merge-PCM_Samples-from-various-sources" !!!!) Attention: who doesn't know about this fact, is going to loss ...all his SAMPLES in the RAM-Section ! SO: PLEASE do NOT load this SET via Load (All) !! 4. LOAD / YK-BUBUCLAP.SET select / OPEN / PAD / OPEN / USER10.PAD / OPEN / 10:32 YK-BUBUCLAP select / LOAD / -> somewhere on a free USER-PAD on your PA800. 5. LOAD / YK-BUBUCLAP.SET select / OPEN / SOUND / OPEN / USERDK.PCG / OPEN / 01:64 YK-BUBUCLAPc2c7! select / LOAD / -> somewhere on a free USER-DK on your PA800. Who now was forced to use another drumkit instead of USER-DK 01:64 (120.064.063) ONLY THESE PERSONS have to correct the DK-Sound-reference in the PAD... STYLE-MODE / RECORD / EDIT PAD / YK-BUBUCLAP select and then MENU / PAD TRACK CONTROLS / in the upper area click on SOUND and select YK-BUBUCLAPc2c7! ... EXIT / PAGEMENU / SAVE PAD ! From now on you can use the Pad BEAT-SYNCHRON together with a Style, or "Stand-Alone" or however. HOW IS THIS GOT TO FUNCTION ? Drumkit YK-BUBUCLAPc2c7! has on the lowest key C2 the BUM-Sound from Sample-RAM and on the highest Key C7 the CLAP... so you can break in the Drumkit "Solo" (manually played) together in an existing "the-hall-is-already-raging-and-dictates-the-rhythm" EXACTLY in correct tempo ! (Select Drum-Kit-Sound in Sound-Mode ... / c2 c7 playing!). The Pad YK-BUBUCLAP (ORIGINAL-TEMPO is 82 i've checked out) can be used BEAT-synchron together with a style. Attention: Most of the ROCK-Styles are in Tempo > 108, so slow down Tempo at first, then starting the Style and "fly in" the previosly prepared PAD ! Have much fun with that! |

YAMAKORG - STRINGS - SET
(updated 11.JAN.09!) is only a single Sound of STRINGS... BUT "sounds really fine"... The developed YAMAKORG-STRINGS - sound has 11 OSC's. I've used also the new options of the OS V2.01 / DNC ! The sound contains of RANDOM triggering and RANDOM PAN / Velocity Switching ... / Velocity Zones on keypad (Cellis only low / Violins only high) ... / Stereo-Panorama is used "EXTRA WIDE"... ... / Offset of several x Millisecs on some OSC's like a big Orchestra is playing... The Sound is when played silent not only piano but even SLIM-MER (more SOLO-INSTRUMENTS) ! On TUTTI attack then all "Strings" plays togehter ! Besides: i use in GLOBAL-Parameters / keypad-Velocity "SOFT2". This Strings-Sound is suitable e.g. for Schuberts Impromptu in G (instead of Piano). In this set there is obtained THE LAST SOUND in USER02. Advice: Play this sound not in Performance Mode but in SOUND-MODE and with both Hands ! |

Here is MY self-developed YAMAKORG PAN-Flute for the
PA800, PA2XPRO ! I yield special thanks to Hans from the german Korg-Forum and his enquiry! Who wants to study the differences to the KORG-ROM-OSCs: The YAMAKORG/TBLECK - Panflute is doubled in STEREO in all the SOUND-OSC; the ATTACK in OSC 4 is not PANFLUTE ATTACK but ALTO SAX, which starts very very SMOOTH, but is to bright for a PANFLUTE, so i slew down the filter of OSC4 nearly to the starting point ! OSC 5 is provided with an AMP in Random PANORAMA ! With this you gain a better ECHOs while playing ... In general: AFTER-TOUCH ist set for the first time ever to SENSITIVITY. All LFO's are substantially RAISED. EFFECTSECTION: the new selected Effect 2 with Nr. 115 (Multitap Chorus/Delay) is responsible for spreading around the "ECHO - CONGENIALTIY"... but even this Effect is modified relevant in opposite to the "standard" ! In this SET is used the last sound in USER02 Bank ! I suppose, who could select this sound for playing as absolute SOLO Sound in Melody for e.g. "Amazing Grace" ... HERE YOU GO !
